Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions. Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine deliverables. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consulting.
